Account Deletion

1. To delete your Tradee account, follow these steps using the Tradee App:
2. Go to the "Me" tab within the Tradee App.
3. Choose "Request Account Deletion."
4. Confirm by clicking "Proceed."
5. Proceed with the deletion process.
6. Enter the Verification Code sent to you via SMS.
7. Click "Next."
8. Select the reason for account deletion
9. Enter your Email Address.
10. Check the "Terms & Conditions" checkbox
11. Finally, click "Submit."

Tradee customer support will review your account and process your account deletion. The process may take up to 7 working days.

Once account deletion is complete, you should receive an email notification along with a app push notification to inform you of the completion.
